Great rice to serve underneath your favorite chicken recipe especially if you serve a sauce over top. Looks great too! Ingredients:
1 chicken bouillon cube |
2 cups water |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 cup white rice |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Crumble chicken bouillon cube into water and microwave for 2 minutes, or until mostly dissolved. 2. Pour into pot and add butter and rice. 3. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. 4. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. 5. Fluff rice and salt to taste, if desired. |
