Chicken Fingers. An American Classic. Ingredients:
4 chicken breast, skinless and boneless |
1 cup of all purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon of salt |
1/2 teaspoon of pepper |
3/4 cup of milk |
1 cup of vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Slice your chicken into 1/2 x 2 inch strips. 2. Pur flour, salt, and pepper in shallow bowls. 3. Pur milk into another shallow bowl. 4. Working in batches, dip chicken in milk, and roll into flour mixture, coating completely. 5. Divide chicken into batches. 6. Heat oil into a pot for 350 degrees. 7. Fry, turning once on each side. 8. Fry for 3 minutes, or until the sides are golden brown. 9. Drain on paper towels. |
