Recipe from Kraft We had company over, and this dip was a big hit with everyone. We served it as an appetizer just before starting up the grill for a cookout. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken. |
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce. |
4 oz. cream cheese, softened. |
1/2 cup sour cream. |
1 cup shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese, divided. |
4 green onions, sliced. |
1 small tomato, chopped. |
1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives. |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Toss chicken with hot sauce and set aside. 3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, and the onions in a medium size bowl. 4. Stir in the chicken. 5. Spread into a 9 inch pie plate. 6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until heated through. 7. Top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese, the tomatoes, and olives. 8. Serve with whatever crackers or chips that you like. |
