Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo |

Very simple to make and very delicious Ingredients:
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, marinaded (i use garlic lime marinade) |
1 lb noodles (i like penne) |
3 garlic cloves (minced) |
3 cups heavy cream |
1/2 cup butter |
3 basil leaves, chopped (optional) |
4 cups parmigiano-reggiano cheese |
Directions:
1. Bake marinaded chicken in oven. Usually about 35-45 minutes. 2. Boil noodles. 3. Melt butter on top of stove in sauce pan. Once melted added the 4 cloves of minced garlic. Sautee for about 2 minutes. Add in heavy cream. 4. Wait for the cream to come up to a boil; stir in 4 cups or 4 handfuls of the parmigiano cheese. Take off heat and add in basil. Give quick stir. 5. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. 6. Stir chicken into the sauce and then pour noodles over sauce mixture. 7. Garnish with more cheese and basil. |
