From the Century 21 recipe book, A Taste of Class. Submitted by Charles W. West. This recipe looks good and easy and I love the title so I just had to post it. Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts (skin removed) |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
dry mustard |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup chopped green onions or 1/4 cup scallion |
2 tablespoons sherry wine |
lemon pepper |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle liberal amounts of lemon pepper and dry mustard on chicken. 2. Pound chicken breasts very thin. 3. Heat butter in skillet just to the point of turning brown. 4. Add chicken to skillet and cook over high heat until chicken is done. 5. Remove to platter and keep warm. 6. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onions and sherry to skillet. 7. Heat and stir until warmed through. 8. Pour sauce over chicken to serve. |
