I came upon this recipe while we were living in Atlanta. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken strips |
1 sliced onion |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 bell pepper, sliced |
3/4 cup salsa |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
tortilla |
cheese |
tomato |
sour cream (etc.) |
Directions:
1. Combine all except tortillas and toppings in plastic bag and marinate 2-24 hours. 2. Cook all in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Top with toppings. |
