Delicious, low fat, low calorie Ingredients:
285 g chicken breasts, boneless, skinless |
1 green pepper |
1/2 onion |
1 tsp canola oil |
1 cup mushroom slices |
36 grams taco seasoning |
Directions:
1. Cut up chicken into pieces 2. Brown chicken in canola oil 3. Add sliced vegetables to same pan 4. Cook until vegetables are softened 5. Mix taco seasoning with 2/3 cup of water as per directions of package (I use Old El Paso brand) 6. Add seasoning mixture to pan and allow to simmer until the sauce has thickened 7. Serve on whole wheat tortilla |
