Ingredients:
1 green onion-sliced |
1/2 c sour cream |
1/2c shredded jack cheese |
16z pace picante sauce |
2c cubed, cooked chicken |
2t chili powder |
6-8 flour torts |
Directions:
1. stir 3/4 c picante sauce, sour cream and chili powder in a med. bowl. 2. stir the picante sauce mixture, chicken & cheese in a large bowl. 3. spoon 1/3c of mixture into each tort and roll (seam down). spray a casserole dish with Pam and place the rolled torts into the dish. 4. pour the remaining salsa over the torts. cover at bake at 350 for 40mins...top with onion |
