Delicious Ingredients:
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
1 (12 1/2 ounce) can chunk chicken |
1/2 cup diced mild onion |
12 flour tortillas |
3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
3/4 cup sour cream |
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all sauce ingredients and heat until mixture is smooth. 2. Mix Cheese, Chicken, and Onion together. 3. Place a spoonful of Sauce on each Tortilla. 4. Add a spoonful of Filling mixture. 5. Roll Tortillas and place side by side in 9x13 baking dish. 6. Pour remaining Sauce over enchiladas. 7. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until heated through. |
