Ingredients:
2 pound(s) tomatillos coarsely chopped |
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
1 white or yellow onions small dice |
2 jalapeĀ±o peppers small dice |
garlic clove minced |
coarse salt and ground pepper |
12 corn tortillas |
2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded |
3 tablespoon(s) sour cream |
cotija cheese crumbled |
Directions:
1. preheat oven 400. Purre tomatillos. Cook onions and jalapenos 8 minutes, add garlic cook for 30 seconds add puree,simmer for 10 minutes and season. Warm tortillas, fill with chicken,fold in half,put in 9 by 13 pan. Top with tomatillos sauce,cover with foil, bake 25 to 30 minutes. Top with sour cream cilantro and cheese |
