Ingredients:
4 ounce(s) 2 cans green chilies |
1 1/2 cup(s) chicken broth |
3 cup(s) cooked chicken, chopped |
18 corn tortillas, torn into pieces |
1 tablespoon(s) dried onion |
1 1/2 cup(s) grated low fat cheese |
2 can(s) low fat cream of chicken soup |
1 cup(s) non fat sour cream |
Directions:
1. Make a mixture of soup, chicken broth, chilies, and onion. 2. In 13x9 inch pan, layer 1/3 tortilla, 1/3 chicken, then 1/3 sauce. Continue with layers and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 covered for 20 minutes, and then uncovered for 10 minutes. Top with picante and sour cream for added flavor. |
