Cheesey chicken enchilada casserole, simple to make delicious. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, shredded |
2 (10 ounce) cans reduced-fat cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup reduced-fat chicken broth (may need more depending on how runny you would like it) |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies |
1 lb cheddar cheese |
4 -6 flour tortillas, torn into pieces |
Directions:
1. Add everything together into a casserole dish, Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. |
