Fat-Flush-friendly soup recipe. Ingredients:
8 oz raw chicken breast, cubed |
4 c chicken broth |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
2 tsp ginger root, minced |
1/2 carrot, julienned |
1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded |
1 stalk celery, sliced |
1 onion, sliced thin |
2 eggs |
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped |
1 cayenne to taste |
Directions:
1. Simmer ginger and garlic in broth for 10 minutes. Add chicken and simmer until cooked through. Add carrot, celery and onion and simmer 10 minutes. Add cabbage and simmer 5 min. 2. Beat egg and drizzle into simmering soup. Sprinkle with cilantro and cayenne and serve. |
