3 ounces ground chicken |
2 teaspoons pastry flour |
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
1 teaspoon beaten egg |
1 spring onion, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon cooking oil |
Directions:
1. combine chicken, flour, cornstarch, egg, and onion. knead well. 2. divide chicken mixture into four half circles and wrap in seweed. 3. cook dumplings in oil, turning until golden brown on both sides. lower heat and cook 2 more minutes until cooked through. |
