This recipe came out of a school fundraiser cookbook Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon curry |
3 cups cooked rice |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, soup, mayo, curry and rice and spread into a large casserole dish. 2. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. 3. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer. |
