Quick and easy to make with a creamy sauce and broccoli. It is also delicious. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) pkge. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained |
2 cups cubed cooked chicken |
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) |
1/2-1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Arrange broccoli in bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking dish. 2. Place chicken on top. 3. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper; spread evenly over chicken. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 5. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven to melt cheese (about 5 minutes more). |
