Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh broccoli, steamed till tender |
4 tablespoons butter |
6 tablespoons flour |
2 cups chicken broth |
1/2 cup half-and-half |
2 tablespoons dry white wine |
6 chicken breast halves, cooked and sliced (about 2 pounds) |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Spray a 13x9x2 inch baking dish with PAM. 2. Place broccoli in dish. 3. Top with chicken slices. 4. Make a white sauce with butter, flour, broth, half and half, wine and 1/2 cup cheese. 5. Pour over chicken and broccoli. 6. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and nutmeg. 7. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes. 8. If desired, broil until browned. |
