Serve this with whole-grain crackers, pita wedges, or fresh veggies, or use it as a sandwich spread. Ingredients:
1/2 cup (4 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese |
1 (4.5-ounce) can chunk chicken breast in water, drained and pressed dry |
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir until well blended. |
