dinner for two Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) chicken breasts |
1/4 cup fat free ranch dressing |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/8-1/4 fluid ounce white wine (splash) |
Directions:
1. Saute chicken in butter til done remove. 2. Pour wine in pan, cook over med.-hi. heat, scraping up brown bits. 3. Mix dressing & dijon in pan. 4. Serve over chicken. |
