1 roasting chicken, cut up |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in shallow pan. Stir in all ingredients but chicken. Roll chicken in this mixture to coat both sides. 2. Arrange chicken in single layer in pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and glazed. Baste chicken 3 times during baking. 3. Serve with rice topped with remaining sauce. |
