Chicken Cutlets With a Twist |

This is an easy alternative to basic bread crumb-covered chicken cutlets. Still very little work, but a great new flavor. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets |
1 egg |
2 (6 ounce) cans french's french fried onions |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. Using the beaten egg, coat each chicken cutlet in egg. 3. Crush up the entire can of Onion Toppers into a plastic bag and one at a time, roll the chicken into the toppers. You will need to press firmly to make sure the onions stick. 4. Bake in the oven on a baking sheet for 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink. |
