3 tablespoons butter |
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (pounded to 1/4 inch thick) |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
4 thin slices prosciutto |
4 slices mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
Directions:
1. In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken breast and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Season with oregano and pepper. 2. Place a slice of prosciutto and then a slice of cheese on each breast. Drizzle the wine all over. 3. Cover the pan and cook 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through. |
