Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (pounded to 1/4 inch thick)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
4 thin slices prosciutto
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions:
1. In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken breast and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Season with oregano and pepper.
2. Place a slice of prosciutto and then a slice of cheese on each breast. Drizzle the wine all over.
3. Cover the pan and cook 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
