good protein Ingredients:
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast |
1/2 cup shallot, dices |
1/2 pound peas, suger snap |
2 garlic clove |
1 tbs olive oil |
3/4 cup coconut milk, light |
2 tbs red curry paste |
2 tbs fish sauce |
2 tbs sugar, palm |
2 red chili peppers |
1 tbs chives, dices |
Directions:
1. heat the oil in hot work, add the shallots and garlic for 1 minutes 2. add coconut milk and the curry paste and simmer for 2 minutes 3. add chicken, the fish sauce and palm sugar for 3 minutes. drape the sugar snap peas and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. 4. sprinkle chill pepper and garlic chives. |
