The easiest way to make chicken curry! And it's so delicious. Serve over brown rice or mixed veggies. Ingredients:
10 pieces chicken thighs, skinless |
16 ounce salsa |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 tbsp curry powder |
1 cup sour cream, fat-free |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in slow cooker. 2. Combine salsa, onions and curry powder. 3. Cover with lid. 4. Cook on LOW for 8 - 10 hours (or on HIGH for 5 hours). 5. Remove chicken to serving platter; cover to keep warm. 6. Add sour cream to slow cooker mixture and stir until well blended. 7. Pour over chicken and serve! |
