From Madison Middle School. Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water |
1 (3 ounce) package dry chicken noodle soup mix |
1 cup instant rice |
1 cup celery, chopped |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 cup crushed pineapple |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Add soup mix and rice to boiling water. Cover and simmer until water is absorbed. Stir to fluff. Cover and set aside for 15-20 minute When rice mixture is cold, add all remaining ingredients. Blend well. Cover and chill thoroughly. |
