For those who love curry, this is irresistable Ingredients:
2 whole chicken breasts, boned |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup dry sherry |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
2 green onions, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
fluffy cooked rice (or saffron rice to serve 4) |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into small piece and place in crock pot. 2. Add all remaining ingredients except rice. 3. Cover, cook high 2 1/2 to 4 hours. 4. Serve over hot rice. |
