It's a spicy dish... Goes well with any main course Ingredients:
500 grams of chicken |
2 tomatoes's puree |
1 onion |
1 green chilly |
2 tbsp curd |
2 tsp ginger galic paste |
1 tsp garam masala |
1/2 tsp turmeric powder |
1 tsp coriander powder |
salt to taste |
100 ml water |
1 tsp chilly powder |
coriander leaves to garnish |
Directions:
1. marinade 500 gms of chicken with chilly powder, salt n turmeric powder n keep it aside for 15 mts 2. Heat oil in a pan 3. Add chopped onion n stir fry 4. Add green chilly followed by ginger garlic paste n stir fry 5. Now add tomato puree 6. Add garam masala n coriander powder n mix it well 7. Add curd 8. Now add the chicken pieces n 100 ml water 9. Cover it n cook for about 20 mts 10. Garnish with coriander leaves |
