Mossey River community cookbook Ingredients:
2 tablespoons curry powder |
4 tablespoons butter |
1 cup cooking onion, chopped |
2 cups water |
1 (9 ounce) can pineapple, crushed or tidbits |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 chicken, bullion cubes |
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped |
Directions:
1. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces or bigger. 2. Fry onion in butter and curry powder. 3. Add flour mixed with water,pineapple,lemon juice and ginger powder. 4. Add chicken and simmer for 30 minutes. 5. Serve over rice or penne pasta. 6. I like to add some green or red pepper to the onions and fry together. |
