This came from Good Housekeeping. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding. Ingredients:
10 ounces campbell's cream of chicken soup |
1/3 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
2 lbs chicken parts |
1/3 cup flour |
2 cups finely crushed taco flavored corn chips |
2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
Directions:
1. Mix soup, water and hot pepper sauce. Dust chicken with flour, dip in 1/2 cup soup mixture. Roll in chips. Place on rack in shallow baking pan. Drizzle with butter. 2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done. Heat remaining sauce; serve with chicken. |
