Lightly crisp, flour tortilla that has been baked. Filling is a mild, zesty chicken and cheese. Ingredients:
3 3/4 pounds boneless chicken breast, cooked, shredded |
8 oz picante sauce |
1/4 tsp cumin, ground |
8 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded |
8 oz cheddar cheese, chredded |
30 tortillas, flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Combine shredded chicken, picate sauce and ground cumin. Mix together 3. Put one tablespoon of chicken mix in the center of tortilla and sprinkel with 1/2 oz cheese mix. 4. Roll up tortilla and place on a lightly pan sprayed cookie sheet seam side down. 5. Lightly spray tops of tortilla with pan spray. 6. bake in preheated oven for 15 - 25 minustes or until tortillas are a little crispy and golden brown. |
