Chicken Cornbread Casserole |

My Grandma made this for us when we went to visit over Christmas. It was such a hit, because it was easy to make and very delicious! Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) packages cornbread stuffing mix |
2/3 cup butter |
2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
3 cups chicken broth |
1 cup milk |
16 ounces sour cream |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and add one box of stuffing. Spread in bottom of baking dish. 2. Layer remaining ingredients in order: chicken, sour cream, soup and milk (mixed), remainder of dressing. 3. Pour broth over the top. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
