Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) butter (olive oil) |
2 chicken breasts chopped |
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion |
13 ounce(s) cream corn |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 1/2 cup(s) frozen corn |
4-5 garlic cloves chopped |
1 teaspoon(s) grated fresh ginger |
3 cup(s) no fat milk |
1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper |
salt & pepper |

Directions:
1. Melt butter, add onion garlic & ginger. Cook 3 min stirring frequently. Add flour & cook 1 min. Stir in milk. Add remaining ingred. Bring to boil, cook until thickened. |
