Chicken Cordon Bleu over Rice |

Ingredients:
6 cooked chicken breasts, diced |
2 cups diced cooked ham (or deli slices) |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 cups grated monterey jack cheese |
2 cups breadcrumbs (seasoned dressing) |
Directions:
1. Place ham and chicken in bottom for greased 3-quart casserole dish. 2. Mix soup,sour cream and cheese and pour over meat. 3. Bake at 350°F for 35-4o minutes. 4. Remove from oven and top with bread crumbs. 5. Bake another 5 minutes. 6. Serve over cooked rice. |
