Great low fat, and low calorie version of a classic Ingredients:
4 4-ounce skinless boneless chicken breasts |
104 gram healthy choice baked cooked ham, 8 slices |
42 grams babybel cheese , light, divide each round into 2 |
1 cup corn flakes, crushed |
4 tablespoons fat free mayonaise |
2 teaspoons mustard |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Pound the chiken to 1/4 thick. Layer each breast with 2 slices ham, and 1/2 round of cheese. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place the corn flakes in a bag. Mix the mayonaise and mustard in a bowl. Roll each brest in the mayo mis. Place one chicken breast in the bag at a time and toss to coat. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Please the chicken on the sheet and spray with cooking spray. Baek for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve. |
