italian way chicken cordon bleu Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup boiled ham |
1/2 cup swiss cheese |
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic |
2 tablespoons white wine |
salt or pepper |
1 cup crushed seasoned bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Combine ham, cheese, garlic, wine, salt and pepper in a bowl to make a filling. 3. Cut a slit in the side of each breast to form a pocket. 4. Stuff each pocket with 1/4 of filling and press to close. 5. Put each breast in bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. |
