Another Another fast and easy recipe that is so tasty - Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken |
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 celery ribs, thickly sliced |
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts |
4 green onions, coarsely chopped |
1 (455 ml) jar sweet and sour sauce |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken in 1-inch cubes. 2. In wok or skillet, toast peanuts over high heat, remove. 3. Add oil. Stir fry chicken until no longer pink, 2-3 minutes. 4. Add celery, sprouts, and onions nad fry for 3 minutes. 5. Add sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce. Heat through for 1 minute. 6. Serve on rice sprinkled with peanuts. |
