Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients:
24 ounces spaghetti noodles
16 ounces boneless chicken breasts
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
8 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves
4 ounces snow peas
4 ounces ham (chopped)
3 -4 tablespoons oyster sauce
8 green onions (chopped)
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. 1. Cook noodles 7 minutes.
2. 2. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
3. 3. Slice chicken, then mix with 2 tsp soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
4. 4. Heat half olive oil in wok or pan over high heat.
5. 5. Add chicken mixture.
6. 6. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
7. 7. Wipe out pan and heat remaining oil.
8. 8. Stir in garlic, snow peas, and ham.
