1 tablespoon light olive oil |
500 g ground chicken |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 onion, finely chopped |
1 stalk celery, finely chopped |
1 cup sliced frozen green beans, left to thaw |
1/4 cabbage, finely shredded |
1 (45 g) packet dried chicken noodle soup |
1 1/2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Heat oil, and lightly cook the mince. 2. Add all other ingredients, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. |
