Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fat
3/4 cup sliced onion
1 cup celery
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups cooked chicken
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock
Directions:
1. Heat fat in heavy skillet.
2. Saute onion til lightly browned.
3. Add celery, cabbage and salt.
4. Cook 5 mins.
5. Add chicken, soya sauce and stock.
6. Cook over low heat and cover til vegetables are tender for about 15 mins.
7. Serve with rice.
