1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted |
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin |
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped |
cooked rice, to serve |
Directions:
1. Combine sesame seeds, ginger, sugar and soy sauce. 2. Grill chicken over medium coals, or broil 6 inches from heat source, until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Baste with soy mixture frequently. 3. Garnish with green onions and serve over rice. |
