Healthy chicken chili... very filling! (Serving size is 1/2 cup of chili) Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast |
500 ml tomato sauce |
1 cup water |
1 tbsp cumin |
1 tsp chili powder |
1 tsp black pepper |
500 ml red kidney beans |
500 ml chickpeas |
1/2 cup green pepper |
1/2 cup onion |
3 cloves garlic |
1 tsp onion powder |
Directions:
1. heat up tomato sauce in a pot 2. add in cooked lean ground chicken 3. add spicies 4. chop veggies and add 5. simmer for about 10 minutes |
