Low calorie soup designed for the HCG diet. Be sure that the broth you use is fat free and your chicken has no more than 1g of fat per serving. Ingredients:
100 g chicken |
100 g celery |
8 oz chicken broth |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Boil water 2. boil chicken broth 3. Chop chicken into small pieces 4. Chop Celery into small pieces 5. Add celery & chicken to pot 6. boil till soft or preferred consistency. |
