This is a simple and tasty. Also this is a recipe that can be use by anyone. This recipe is intended for the Gastric Bypass individuals. Adapted from Victoria Bowen's Recipes for Gastric Bypass Patients. Photo is mine. Ingredients:
ingredients |
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast |
2 cups chicken broth, fat-free |
1/4 lbs. mushrooms |
1 bay leaf |
1 onion, sliced |
2 carrots, sliced |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1 1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. pepper |
2 1/2 tbs. parsley, chopped |
1/2 tsp. thyme |
1/4 tsp. marjoram |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350. 2. Place chicken in a 2 quart casserole dish. In a medium bowl mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered for 90 minutes or until chicken is tender. 3.
