Chicken Casserole Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
1/3 cup flour |
1 cup milk |
2 cups chicken broth, can use canned |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 (12 ounce) can mushrooms |
2 cups cubed cooked chicken |
8 ounces noodles, cooked |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Melt margarine; add flour and stir until smooth. 3. Gradually add milk and chicken broth. 4. Add salt, pepper, and mushrooms. 5. Combine chicken, cooked noodles and prepared sauce. 6. Place mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. 7. Top with Parmesan cheese. 8. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. |
