Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
4 cups chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
2 cups ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup celery, chopped
8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup uncooked rice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, reserving crackers for topping.
2. Place in shallow.
3. greased baking dish.
4. Top with crackers.
5. Bake at 400° for one hour.
