Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, diced chicken |
4 cups chicken broth |
1 onion, chopped |
2 cups ritz crackers, crushed |
1 cup celery, chopped |
8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded |
1 cup uncooked rice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, reserving crackers for topping. 2. Place in shallow. 3. greased baking dish. 4. Top with crackers. 5. Bake at 400° for one hour. |
