This quick and easy quiche can be enjoyed any time of the day! Pair with fruit for breakfast, salad or soup for lunch, and fresh seasonal vegetables & fruit for dinner. Ingredients:
4 large eggs |
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 cup diced chicken |
1 serving canadian bacon, diced |
1 small sweet red pepper, diced |
1 small green pepper, diced |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl combine eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, skim milk, diced cooked chicken, diced cooked Canadian Bacon, diced sweet & green peppers. 2. Mix ingredients together well. (Optional-add salt & black pepper for taste). 3. Pour the mixture into a round glass baking dish. 4. Bake at 325 degrees until the egg mixture firms. It takes about 25-30 minutes. 5. Cut into 4 equal pieces, serve, and enjoy! |
