Chicken Caesar Salad for Two |

Great if served with pasta or rice as a side. Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/8 teaspoon dried basil |
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
4 cups torn romaine lettuce |
1 small tomato, sliced thinly |
caesar salad dressing, to your taste |
1 cup caesar salad crouton |
Directions:
1. Brush the chicken with oil. 2. Combine basil, oregano, garlic salt, pepper and paprika; sprinkle over the chicken. 3. Grill, uncovered, over medium low heat for 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear, turning several times. 4. Arrange Romaine and tomato on the plate. 5. Cut chicken into strips and place on top. 6. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle on cruotons. |
