1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces |
1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes, crushed |
1 cup mushroom, sliced |
1 green pepper, sliced |
1 onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup red wine |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in crock pot. 2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 5-6 hours) or until vegetables are tender. |
