Serve over hot buttered spaghetti, linguini, or fettucini. Ingredients:
2 onions, sliced |
3 lbs chicken legs |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1 bay leaf |
1/4 cup white wine |
Directions:
1. Place onions in bottom of slow cooker. 2. Lay chicken legs over onions. 3. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over chicken. 4. Cover, and cook on low for 6-6 1/2 hours. 5. Remove bay leaf, and serve. |
