Chicken Cacciatore

This is a low-fat version of chicken cacciatore. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 white onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup white wine
Directions:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and brown chicken over medium heat, 2 minutes on each side.
2. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Return chicken and juices to skillet, spoon sauce over chicken. Cover and simmer for an additional 2 minutes or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
